Overseas Bookings

What is Overseas Booking?

This package is specially designed for OFWs currently abroad who wanna plan, coordinate and have their wedding with Chinagap Events.

This program aims at helping our clients prepare everything for their wedding back home. This package however, needs at least a year of intensive planning and coordination.

Bridal consultations are done through Email, FB chat, Skype, Viber, Landline or Mobile Phone.

Job Orders, and Event Management Contracts are signed and scanned and sent back to Chinagap Events for appropriate filing and implementation.

Payments are coursed through accredited bank and payment facilities and receipts and other documents are securely sent through email or other social site.

A relative, friend or designated person is always required to handle the church, civil and legal requirements.

Why is the OFW package slightly higher compared to Regular Packages? An OFW wedding requires in depth preparation and tedious coordination, hence the need for fees on representation, transportation and communication expense. Clients are always assured that by the time they get home, everything is prepared for their wedding day. All they need to do is buy their wedding ring, and voila! Hear the wedding bells and say I do!

What are the requirements for Overseas Booking?

Requires at least 12-6 months booking prior to wedding date
Requires a representative to handle other details
Requires Event Mngt Contract Duly Signed
Booking Fee of P10,000 Deductible on Total Package Cost
Requires 50% D/Payment Upon Start of Consultation, Planning, Coordination and Preparation
Requires Full Payment Two (2) Months Before Event Date
Legal Documents shall be to the account of the Client
Chinagap Events & Concepts will deal only with Authorized Representative or the Couple Themselves
