The company is owned by DJ China, formerly a Disc Jockey and Professional Wedding Host/Emcee. Her expertise dates back to 1998 where she started hosting weddings at an average of 2-4 weddings per month. Hence the name China Gap was coined. Chinagap Events & Concepts is a duly registered Business Establishment with Business Permit No. 1654, Registered in the City of Kidapawan, Philippines.

Education & Training:

DJ China is a graduate of Philippine Association of Wedding Planners, with Certificate in Wedding Planning and Coordination.

Overseas Bookings

What is Overseas Booking?

This package is specially designed for OFWs currently abroad who wanna plan, coordinate and have their wedding with Chinagap Events.

This program aims at helping our clients prepare everything for their wedding back home. This package however, needs at least a year of intensive planning and coordination.

Bridal consultations are done through Email, FB chat, Skype, Viber, Landline or Mobile Phone.

Job Orders, and Event Management Contracts are signed and scanned and sent back to Chinagap Events for appropriate filing and implementation.

Payments are coursed through accredited bank and payment facilities and receipts and other documents are securely sent through email or other social site.

A relative, friend or designated person is always required to handle the church, civil and legal requirements.

Why is the OFW package slightly higher compared to Regular Packages? An OFW wedding requires in depth preparation and tedious coordination, hence the need for fees on representation, transportation and communication expense. Clients are always assured that by the time they get home, everything is prepared for their wedding day. All they need to do is buy their wedding ring, and voila! Hear the wedding bells and say I do!

What are the requirements for Overseas Booking?

Requires at least 12-6 months booking prior to wedding date

Requires a representative to handle other details

Requires Event Mngt Contract Duly Signed

Booking Fee of P10,000 Deductible on Total Package Cost

Requires 50% D/Payment Upon Start of Consultation, Planning, Coordination and Preparation

Requires Full Payment Two (2) Months Before Event Date

Legal Documents shall be to the account of the Client

Chinagap Events & Concepts will deal only with Authorized Representative or the Couple Themselves

Chinagap Engagement Sessions

Paul and Dearie took time for their Engagement Session, and since Paul works in Davao, we had it on a weekend. Credits to RC Martinez Farms. 

Jason and Ailene was actually already married in civil rites when they decided to have their church wedding and we are more than happy to be with them in the preparation.

Belle had her shoot separately from her fiance who's in Japan. Ace had his own photo shoot as well. And through the wonders of modern science and technology, their pictures will be merged in full fashion. Thanks to the multi media features life has to offer!

Chinagap Grooms and Brides

A simple wedding for a simple couple, they entrusted all the preparations to us. It was nice working with the two of you. 

Amidst the wedding hustle and bustle we managed to squeeze in a baptismal party for Kyle!

Our Chinese + Moslem Wedding, a merger of two families and cultures. A union of star crossed lovers, almost like Romeo + Juliet though. But the wedding turned out beautifully!

We Love Weddings!

Our pretty, dainty bride, exudes charm and elegance from preparation to wedding day. No fuss! Simply beautiful! 

Sherna, our nurse bride, was a hands-on during her wedding, ensuring all details are executed, and all colors and designs were properly coordinated. 

Stephanie is our little princess, a happy bride, who never seemed to mind the tension. She was happy and contented all the way, never complained and always laughed at the slightest jokes. We love you Steph!!!

Weddings and More!

Our Bride, a Filipina by heart, resembles the typical Korean Woman. She married her Korean fiance using her champagne colored gown. It was a unique wedding, a mixture of Korean and Filipino culture. Our Bride sang well, she was a Vocalist for a Korean Band years ago before she became full time mom. 

Carlo & Sheila's wedding was grand and fabulous! A bit high strung but everything went well! Happy Ending!

June Bride Rhea and her groom Kent went astray during the E-Session and headed off straight to the neighboring barangay instead of proceeding directly to the Location, But thank God they found their way correctly after a few hours. Nice photos by Lemon Lens!
